We will record information relevant to the provision
of recruitment services to your company and this information
will be retained by us for the following purposes:
- Matching your company’s requirements with
candidates / consultants on our database
- Forwarding details of candidates to clients whom
we feel may be interested in engaging your services
- Necessary processing during a contract assignment
- Keeping you informed of services offered by us
Your information will not be forwarded
to any parties outside our group (with exception of
our clients) without your consent.
Data Quality
We rely on you to ensure that your
information is complete, accurate and current. Please
do inform us promptly of any changes to your information.
Data Retention Policy
We will continue to hold your data
with a view to providing future services to your company.
On request, we will provide information in writing
about your information stored on our database. If
you do not wish us to hold your information, you are
entitled to tell us at any time and we will remove
all such information from our database.
Security Measures
We have technical and organisational
security measures in place to ensure the security
of your information and to protect it against deliberate
or accidental manipulation, destruction, loss or unauthorised
access.
Your Access to the Information
Trigon Collects
Your have the right to request a copy
of the information held by us about you in our records
in return for the payment of a small fee. Prior to
releasing such information, the Data Protection Officer
will seek to verify the identity of the subject. In
pursuance of this, non-digitally signed e-mails and
fax requests are not acceptable. If the data we have
is inaccurate, you may have such data corrected or
erased.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
Trigon will occasionally update this
Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer
feedback. All additions and changes will be notified
to you by being posted on this page. Trigon encourages
you to periodically review this Statement to be informed
of how Trigon is protecting your information.
