This method is usually most effective
for lower to middle level searches.

Contingency/Success based consulting
operates on the same basic principles as a retainer,
but involves a different level of commitment from
the client and from TRIGON.
In a contingency search, the client
chooses not to use TRIGONS' resources exclusively,
and as such, there is no upfront fee.
A contingency search fee
is only paid when the client hires a candidate
presented by TRIGON.
Due to the success-based nature of
the search, candidates introduced in a contingency
search may be introduced to other clients as well.
The contingency approach is often
used by clients who find that traditional methods
of recruiting, e.g. advertising and networking are
not producing the right quality of candidates, but
at the same time, do not want to make a commitment
to the retained services of a particular search consultancy.
